Teacher Evaluation System Using PHP+Mysqli Version 1.1

This teacher form evaluation  can be used to assess teaching practices using responses
"Outstanding, Very Satisfactory,Satisfactory,Fair,Poor".
This checklist covers assesntial questions to measure the teacher's
ensthusiasm,preparedness,and effectiveness in delivering the subject matter.

*Add student => datatable record with edit/Delete
*Add Teacher => datatable record with edit/Delete
*Add Subject => datatable record with edit/Delete
*Add Section => datatable record with edit/Delete
*Evaluation result  => datatable record with edit/Delete/Export Excel.
*Teacher grade => view pie chart performance statistic then bellow have a OverAll Total PerTeacher and datatable record with print PDF.
*logged history of the student=>show student login from the datatable.
*Yearly performance => show teacher in barchart depend on what year are you selected, this for teacher performance.
*Filter Year => Filter the Year From and to in datapicker the purpose of this calendar, if you want to select year from 2016-2019 0r 2017-2018 example.
