Barangay Information System Using PHP/PDO(OOP)

 

I made this barangay information system to make it easier to get a permit, clearance etc. also reduced the long queue and waiting ..

====Admin Section====

-Monitoring dashboard. -Has the ability to add, edit, delete barangay officials. -Has the ability to add, edit, delete User Stype. -In the Staff Management section, all staff members can only be seen here. -In the Zone leader Management section, Zone leader members can only be seen here. -Has the ability to add, edit, delete User Household. -Has the ability to add, edit, delete User Resident. -Has the ability to add, edit, delete User Permit. -Has the ability to add, edit, delete User Blotter. -Has the ability to add, edit, delete User Clearance. -Has the ability to add, edit, delete User Activities. -Has the ability to monitor blotter and print. -Has the ability logs all users are using this web app.(add,edit,delete). -Has the ability to monitor all staff and Zone Leader. -Has the ability to view his/her own profile and change password and also logout.

=====Staff Section====

-Monitoring dashboard but limited to view. -The staff only needs the admin to give him his own access so that he has permission on the part of the staff to do the blotter and activities. -Has the ability to add, edit, delete Blotter. -Has the ability to add, edit, delete Activities. -Has the ability to view his/her own profile and change password and also logout.

=====Zone Leader Section====

-Monitoring dashboard but limited to view. -The Zone Leader only needs the admin to give him his own access so that he has permission on the part of the staff to do the Permit and Clearance. -This Zone leader is just its job it is only Approved/Disapproved it is the permit and clearance of each resident who takes it. -Has the ability to add, edit, delete Permit . -Has the ability to add, edit, delete Clearance. -Has the ability to view his/her own profile and change password and also logout.
